We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and sales expertise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and track key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or equipment rental industry
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
