About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Assistant to join our team at Gwireless Smart Homes Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Operations: Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  • Pre-Operational Inspection: Conduct thorough pre-operational inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of construction equipment and sites.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  • Machine Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
  • Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers, visitors, and the general public.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Environment: On-the-road job with a permanent employment duration.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
