Spectraforce is a leading staffing firm providing talent and project-based solutions to over 140 clients globally. We're seeking an experienced Estate Operations Specialist to join our team.

This role will support the Investment Operations function, delivering exceptional service to business stakeholders and customers. As an Estate Operations Specialist, you will execute and deliver on investment product and service processes, ensuring adherence to financial and regulatory controls and operational guidelines.

You will be responsible for:
  • Gathering and formatting data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Supporting change management of varying scope and type, with a focus on execution and sustainment activities.
  • Functioning as a problem-solving resource for more junior staff.
  • Organizing work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Executing routine tasks such as service requests, transactions, queries, etc. within relevant service level agreements.
  • Providing accurate and timely processing of transactions, activities, services, etc. to respond to stakeholder requests in compliance with regulatory and risk controls.
  • Providing accurate, consistent, and knowledgeable responses to internal/external stakeholder questions and requests.
  • Following documented policies and procedures to execute day-to-day transactions, activities, processes, and meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Checking and reconciling information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyzing data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Identifying and analyzing issues and problems and resolving in a timely manner or escalating as required.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with relevant systems and technology.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the business unit's key products and services, processes, and controls.
  • Prioritization skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
