About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hairstylist to join our team at Lorcon Industries. As a key member of our beauty services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling and coloring services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Hair Styling Services: Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair to meet client preferences and physical features.
  • Offer Hair Coloring Services: Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to color, frost, or streak hair.
  • Supervise and Train: Supervise other hair stylists and staff, as well as train apprentices and students in hair styling techniques.
  • Client Service: Provide excellent customer service, including booking appointments, shampooing, and performing receptionist duties.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest hair styling and coloring techniques, including blow drying, hair braiding, iron waving/curling, and relaxing.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with noisy and odorous conditions.
  • Work Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio.
