Job Title: Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor to join our team at Ya YA Foods Corp (RP0001). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production of our food products while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 50-100 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
