Key Responsibilities

  • Clean machines and immediate work areas

This role is perfect for those who are willing to learn and take on new challenges. As a Millwright Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment and tools, and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Will train
  • Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
  • Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
  • Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers
  • Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
