About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Analyst to join our team at INNTECH FUTURE INC. as a Data Insights Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing databases, analyzing data, and providing advice to other information systems professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Database Design and Development: Design and develop databases to meet the needs of our organization, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  2. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  3. Database Management: Operate database management systems to ensure data is properly stored and retrieved.
  4. Policy Development: Develop and implement data administration policy, standards, and models to ensure data governance.
  5. Scripting and Development: Write scripts related to stored procedures and triggers to automate database tasks.
  6. Requirements Gathering: Collect and document user requirements to ensure databases meet business needs.
Requirements
  1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in R, MS Access, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and database software.
  2. Programming Skills: Knowledge of Python programming language.
  3. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, accurate, client-focused, initiative, organized, and team player.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
