Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our School-Based Rehabilitation Services (SBRS) team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver rehabilitation services to children with various needs, including speech sound delays and disorders, motor speech challenges, stuttering, and voice disorders.
  • Work collaboratively with families, schools, and local healthcare systems to provide patient-centered care.
  • Assess and treat pediatric clients using evidence-based practices, and develop individualized treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practices in rehabilitation services.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
  • Current registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
  • Valid G2/G driving license and access to a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Ability to speak French is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
