CX Leadership and Growth Manager

This is a leadership position that requires a deep understanding of customer experience (CX) principles and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful CX strategies that drive business results.
You will be responsible for leading and growing a portfolio of key client accounts, driving client success through the development and execution of innovative CX strategies. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with senior-level clients, understand their business objectives, and translate them into actionable CX roadmaps.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute CX strategies that align with client business objectives and drive measurable results.
- Lead client presentations, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
- Manage client expectations and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CX strategies.
