About You
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, able to simplify the rules for novice players and provide exceptional customer service. You should have an innate sense of customer service, providing a memorable experience for all participants.
Your Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome each guest upon arrival, offering a red-carpet worthy experience.
- Reserve seats at gaming tables for guests, carefully personalizing their experience.
- Engage guests during their wait in an entertaining and lively manner to maintain a positive and exciting atmosphere.
- Manage game tournaments, assigning player positions to tables to ensure smooth and enjoyable proceedings.
- Provide impeccable customer service by anticipating guests' needs and proactively meeting their expectations.
- Oversee the entire guest experience, ensuring a smooth transition from waiting to playing.
- Create memorable moments for guests, ensuring they feel special and valued throughout their visit.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of exceptional service and ensuring team cohesion.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
