Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and monitoring performance.
- Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
- Authorize payments by cheque and oversee payroll administration.
- Maintain accurate records of sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Responsible for preparing reports on sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members to help them improve their performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
The estimated salary for this position is $$$55,000 - $$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
