About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at ADELE NOEL-CHAN. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, promoting positive behavior and social development
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, encouraging independence and self-confidence
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and restrictions
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, providing transportation and support
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing comfort and reassurance when needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset, but not required
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment
  • Employer's home setting, with the possibility of working in an urban area
