Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Job DescriptionYour primary duties as a Store Operations Manager will include:
- Hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Overseeing store operations, including food safety and quality control
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
This is a full-time position that requires standing for up to four hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment. You must have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
