Job Description

As a seasoned Software Architect and Technical Lead at Flexstaf IT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development of our cutting-edge digital solutions. This position requires a well-rounded individual with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, specifically Angular and ASP.NET.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the implementation of technical and quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with product owners and development teams to refine features, guaranteeing they are well-defined and technically feasible.
  • Foster an open culture of communication and collaboration, promoting cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Plan and design architecture that allows for incremental delivery of features and value to end-users.
  • Work with development teams to identify and address technical debt, maintaining a sustainable Agile pace.
Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A University Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in product development, with hands-on experience in front-end and back-end technologies.
  • 5+ years of application architect experience and 5+ years of Agile product development experience.
  • Expertise in C#, .NET Core, ORM (EF Core), Distributed Cache, Messaging Queue, MS SQL Server, REST API Web Services, Angular framework, TypeScript, component-based architecture, and best practices for building responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
  • Experience with TDD (Test Driven Development) and DDD (Domain Driven Development).
  • Proficiency in security and proficiency in developing high-level and detailed software architectures that align with business goals.
