To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in administration, leadership, and management. You should have experience working with vulnerable populations and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A minimum of three years' experience in a management capacity, preferably in a shelter or social services environment, is required. A valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean driving abstract are also necessary.
