Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
- Five (5) years of clinical experience in obstetrical nursing
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certificate (NRP)
- Acute Care of At-Risk Newborn Certification (ACoRN)
- Registered/eligible for registration with the CRNS as an RN (NP) or RN (GNP)
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
