Job Title: General Manager, Sales

Quincy healthcare and homecare services incorporated is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic leader to oversee our sales and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
