Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join our Sales Performance Management (SPM) Application team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new sales planning applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality product features and enhancements
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain product requirements documents and user stories
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
  • Lead product launches and ensure successful adoption by customers
  • Measure and analyze product performance metrics to inform future product development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related role
  • Experience in sales planning applications, such as territory and quota planning, sales forecasting, and incentive compensation management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of Anaplan platform and model building
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Product management certifications, such as Pragmatic Institute or AIPMM
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other product management software
  • Certified Anaplan Model Builder
About the Team

The Sales Performance Management (SPM) Application team is responsible for delivering Anaplan out-of-the-box and configurable applications in the domains of sales planning, sales forecasting, and incentive compensation management. We are a collaborative and innovative team that values diversity of thought and ideas.
