Job Description for Senior Software Developer at Everyday Fresh

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at Everyday Fresh. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Software Development: Write, modify, integrate, and test software code to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Code Maintenance: Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required to ensure they continue to meet the needs of the business.
  • Technical Communication: Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
  • Specifications Development: Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications for software applications.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, and ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, SQL, C#, and Python.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with software development, MS Windows, and other relevant technologies.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, judgement, organized, team player, collaborative.

Work Environment: We offer a 40-hour work week, English language, and a permanent work term.
