Heritage Co-op is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at our Food Store location in Brandon, MB.

Job Summary:

The Bakery Specialist is responsible for the order and preparation of bakery products including measuring, baking, decorating, displaying, and pricing. Performs general housekeeping duties, assisting Team Members when necessary, and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• You have excellent Guest service skills, communication skills and the ability to solve problems
• You have high housekeeping standards
• You have high sanitation and food safety standards
• You possess strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends and overnights)
