Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our team at Barrhaven Dental Care in Nepean, ON. As a Dental Hygienist with our team, you will have the opportunity to educate patients on preventative dental care and oral hygiene, and empower them in their commitment to good oral health by developing treatment plans and home care routines tailored towards the patients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and education on oral health.
- Develop and implement treatment plans and home care routines tailored to individual patients' needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to educate them on preventative dental care and oral hygiene.
- Work collaboratively with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies.

Requirements
- Currently registered or in process of registering with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
- New graduates welcome
- Experience with dental practice management software such as ABELDent is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Customer service mindset.
