We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Actfast Restoration & Repairs LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
  • Train staff
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Monitor financial control systems
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Perform human resources related duties such as personnel selection
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment:
