Position Title: Software Engineer III

External Description: Software Engineer - Matchmaking Services

The EA Digital Platform (EADP) group is the core powering the global EA ecosystem. We provide the foundation for all of EA's incredible games and player experiences with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications and services that support the EA ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Ensure software quality, security, and scalability through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the software development process.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
