As a Retail Store Supervisor at BIG BEE FOOD MART, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales workers. Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including sales workers, office staff, and volunteers.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by resolving issues, answering customer requests, and addressing complaints.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering merchandise and managing stock levels.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash, and prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and conduct performance reviews for staff members.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
