We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team at Jace Trucklines Ltd. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records

Ensure that all work records and logs are up-to-date and accurate, including mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.

Provide Excellent Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on the status of their shipments.

Coordinate Logistics Operations

Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.

Manage Emergency Situations

Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations, such as weather-related delays or equipment failures.

Monitor and Report on Performance

Track and analyze key performance indicators, such as on-time delivery rates and customer satisfaction scores.

Stay Up-to-Date on Regulations

Stay current on cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

Will train.

Personal Qualities

Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced, with tight deadlines and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
