  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, bonding, insurance, and construction contract compliance.
  • Oversee and improve construction accounting software.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Construction Management.
  • 5+ years of accounting/finance experience in Civil construction or Manufacturing.
  • CPA, CMA preferred.
  • Strong experience in job costing, WIP reporting, and progress billing.
  • Expertise in construction accounting software (e.g., Viewpoint Vista, Sage 300 CRE, CMiC, Procore).
