About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Leader to join our team at Designer Brands. As a Part-time Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by Example: Assume a leadership role and consistently create exceptional customer experiences to maximize store business results.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge to provide customers with expert advice.
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate achievement of business results by role modeling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
- Coaching and Feedback: Coach and provide feedback to team members as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
