Job Summary

Parts Avatar Investments Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the receipt and processing of incoming shipments, including inspecting goods for damage and verifying inventory against delivery documents.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and identifying discrepancies.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and dispatch shipments to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods, and ensure that all warehouse equipment and machinery are properly maintained.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to shipping, receiving, or inventory management.
