Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Hail Damage Estimator to join our team at AutoCanada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for hail damage repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect vehicles for hail damage and create detailed repair plans and estimates
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure repairs meet high standards
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, clients, and dealerships
  • Estimate hail damage and review repair plans
  • Manage claims and write estimates using industry-standard software
  • Travel to various clients to assess damage and provide estimates
  • Oversee the quality of repairs to ensure they meet company standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in body shop or hail repair
  • Proven experience with estimation software, including Mitchell and Qapter
  • Knowledge of insurance procedures and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel across Canada as required
  • Fluency in English is required, with French being an asset
