About the Role

Beautyplus brow studio is seeking an experienced Executive Beauty Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, plan and organize tasks, establish policies and procedures, control budget and inventory, hire and train staff, address customer complaints, and supervise a team of 3-4 people.

This permanent full-time role offers a competitive salary between $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience, with 32-40 hours worked per week. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with excellent oral communication skills, be organized, reliable, and have a client-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and plan daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff management, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budget and inventory to maintain optimal resource allocation and minimize waste.
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of beauty professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Schedule shifts, manage time-off requests, and coordinate employee evaluations and training.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the beauty industry.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Client-focused attitude, with commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Reliable and trustworthy, with strong work ethics and integrity.
