We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sport Development Leader to join our team at Richmond Christian School. As an integral part of our Secondary Campus, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of our students through athletics and physical education.

About the Position

The Sport Development Leader will be responsible for coordinating all sports teams at RCS, ensuring seamless organization and planning of competitions. This position requires a passionate individual with a strong background in Kinesiology or a related field, as well as experience in coordinating sports teams and competitions.

  • Education: Bachelor of Education degree is highly desirable but not essential. Candidates with a related subject background are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: Proven track record in coordinating sports teams and competitions is essential.
  • Prioritization: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines is crucial for success in this role.

In addition to teaching Physical Education, the Sport Development Leader will contribute to creating a supportive learning environment that fosters teamwork, discipline, and a love for physical activity among our students.
