Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Shanghai Express Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our warehouse and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities, including warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Evaluate the operations of facilities and real estate to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and organize the operations of facilities and real estate to meet business objectives.
  • Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services.
  • Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Hire and oversee the training and supervision of staff.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Plan and manage the facility's operations budget.
  • Plan, organize, and direct administrative services, such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
  • Resolve product and service-related problems.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Proven track record of managing commercial facilities and real estate.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
