Job Title: Badminton Coach

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced badminton coach to join our team at Paragon Badminton Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out management duties to ensure the smooth operation of our badminton program.
  • Develop well-planned competitive schedules and programs to optimize athlete performance.
  • Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions to improve athlete skills and knowledge.
  • Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games.
  • Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance to determine their suitability for our program.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in badminton coaching or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with athletes, coaches, and other staff members.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their best.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • 20/20 vision and hand-eye coordination to perform coaching duties.
