Job Title: Construction Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at JEMESON CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Job Summary

The Construction Helper will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and operating heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as cranes and excavators
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Remove rubble and debris from construction sites
  • Tend to and feed machines and equipment used in construction
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Work Environment

The Construction Helper will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent exposure to heavy equipment, loud noises, and varying weather conditions.
