BlueTriton Brands, a leading provider of healthy hydration solutions in North America, is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist to support its factory operations.

About the Role

This critical position requires a skilled maintenance professional to ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of our production equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving our manufacturing processes to minimize downtime, reduce energy consumption, and enhance overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements for all products manufactured.
  • Maintain working areas and installations in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on production packaging equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently, minimizing production losses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Red Seal Certification in a related trade or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in food processing or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming, VFD operation, and CMMS software (e.g., SAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
What We Offer:

We provide a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $46.56 per hour, with a shift differential of 6-8% paid for applicable hours worked. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000, split into two payments after 90 days and 180 days. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as RRSP matching and company discounts.
