Job Description

Job Title: Personal Banker

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker to join our team. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and promoting financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sound advice and guidance to customers on financial products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on financial products and services to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in financial services
  • IFIC or CSC certification
  • CFSA certification to be completed upon hire
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred
