We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Partner to join our North America People and Culture team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to identify and develop innovative solutions that positively impact the employee experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategic partnership with the business by being fully aligned with business leaders.
- Partner with centers of expertise to identify innovative solutions.
- Participate actively in complex projects that span across functions, regions, and segments.
- Partner with upper management as a trusted advisor.
- Influence lasting change and play a critical role in enhancing leadership effectiveness.
**Requirements**
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a Business Partner function.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) in English and French.
- Experience working in international matrix organizations and on large, global, and complex projects.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and credibility with various personalities and executives.
- Project management expertise and known for planning skills and strategic thinking.
