About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Program Management, Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs and initiatives within Interac Corp. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, deliver high-quality results, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Program Plans: Develop comprehensive program plans that outline clear goals, objectives, and timelines.
  2. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with Business Owners, Product Managers, and Product Owners to ensure strategy, vision, and road map alignment and execution.
  3. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact program delivery, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a program manager or lead, managing complex programs and initiatives from initiation to closure.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with program management tools and methodologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP/PgMP certification considered an asset.
