Alberta Inc. is seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position that requires 30 hours of work per week. As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.
You will be working closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient delivery of services. Your tasks will include taking patients' vital signs, weighing and positioning them safely, delivering messages and reports, making beds, and maintaining inventory of supplies.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also need to transport patients in wheelchairs or stretchers, answer call signals, and administer first aid in emergency situations.
We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team, has excellent communication skills, and is able to maintain confidentiality when necessary.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- a high school graduation certificate; and
- previous experience in a related field (will train)
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
