Job Description

As an Electrical Installation Supervisor at ARNO, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of high and medium voltage electrical infrastructure on construction sites. Your team will be working on projects such as excavation, formwork, concrete pouring, and backfilling for electrical transmission and distribution installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate work activities and resources (human and material) to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure the quality of all installations meets industry standards, plans, and specifications.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • CCQ certification.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage projects within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout Quebec for project assignments.
