Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at the Best Western Cranbrook Hotel. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Housekeeping: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet.
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting: Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
Work Environment:

As a Room Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
