About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Glory Mendez-Rodas. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Make beds and change sheets, stock linen closets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Errands and Shopping: Shop for food and household supplies.
  • Laundry and Repairs: Mend clothing and linens, and perform other light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will work independently in a non-smoking environment, both indoors and outdoors. You will be required to work at our clients' homes, which may involve working in a variety of settings, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Availability: Ability to work independently and be available for shift or on-call work.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
