Job Title: Construction General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction General Manager to lead our construction division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the division, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement divisional strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Manage and control divisional budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the division's compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of divisional staff
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a senior construction management role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and forecasts
