About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to join our team at Swarovski. As a leader in the retail industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a loyal customer base, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, teams, and stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team with a growth mindset
  • Exceed sales and service targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and success

About You

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a proven track record of success in a luxury retail environment. You will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a multi-cultural retail environment
  • Experience working with luxury, fashion, and cosmetics brands
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills
  • Digital proficiency
  • A winning personality to establish trust relationships with customers, teams, and stakeholders
  • English language skills
