Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner, providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist customers by promoting products, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions.
  • Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management where appropriate.
  • Maintain sales floor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, and setting up and maintaining product displays.
  • Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, and identify high shrink items.
  • Receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately, and administer required paperwork and documentation.
  • Refer appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
  • Provide awareness to customers about available cosmetic products and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 25 kg. You will also need to be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
