This part-time to full-time contract position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of funders, assisting clients with various limitations arising from concussion/brain injury, CVA, anxiety/PTSD, and physical issues.
Responsibilities- Functional Driving Evaluations: Assess clients' ability to drive safely and develop personalized programs to enhance their driving skills.
- Vehicle Modification Evaluations: Evaluate vehicle modifications to ensure accessibility and safety.
- Liaison Role: Liaise with healthcare teams, vehicle modification vendors, and payer representatives to provide comprehensive support to clients.
- Clinical Expertise: Minimum 1 year experience addressing driving-related limitations with clients and working with individuals with physical, mental health, or brain injuries.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and healthcare teams.
- Registration: Current member of COTBC or eligible for registration required.
