Job Title: Mobile Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Sales Supervisor to join our team at Best Buy. As a Mobile Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of Sales Advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the retail industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
