About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Capital Markets team as a Vice President, Capital Markets Initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business initiatives that drive revenue growth and efficiency improvements in Capital Markets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new business processes and solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in Capital Markets, with a strong background in business development, strategy, and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and efficiency improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
