Aritzia's Café Experience team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and enhancing the in-store shopping experience for our customers.
The Opportunity
As a Barista, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for elevating and enhancing the personal shopping experience. You will work closely with the Retail and Employee Experience Departments to deliver world-class service, balancing Café operations, cost, and experience.
The Job Responsibilities
As a Barista, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Café from open to close, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Ensuring all beverages meet or exceed our standard of quality, as outlined in your comprehensive training program.
- Representing Aritzia's brand and embodying the company's values and vision, providing a positive and engaging experience for customers.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in Retail or Hospitality, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- A driven approach to your work and career, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- An outgoing personality and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
