Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Guidewire Developer with expertise in PolicyCenter to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, test, and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter applications according to project timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and other developers, to gather functional specifications, identify gaps, and propose optimal technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and guidelines.
Requirements
5-7 years of proven experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter as a developer or consultant.
Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, JSON, SQL, and Web Services (RESTful APIs).
Familiarity with Guidewire InsuranceSuite components such as ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and DataHub is desirable.
Experience with Agile methodologies, Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to collaborate effectively with remote and distributed teams.
